What does this icon show?
Chevron pointing right inside a rounded square, for next buttons, forward steps and carousel controls. Typical uses: next item button in a card, forward step in a wizard footer and carousel next control.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Scroll controls in the header of a horizontal card shelf, such as similar listings or top picks
- The next period control on a compact dashboard or shift schedule card, with no button around it
For a next record control in a detail view header that steps through the list, use the Square Arrow Right icon. For a next page stepper inside a button that already draws its own border, use the Right icon. For a round next slide control floating over a photo or lightbox, use the Circle Arrow Right icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
What icons go well with it?
