Shadcn Analytics Blocks for SaaS Product Reporting
Most block libraries stop at a stat card and a line chart. This category goes to the part that takes a week to build: the scored grid under the chart, the period and segment filters that drive both at once, the export, and the verdict at the top that says what the numbers mean.
The set splits cleanly into dashboards you monitor and reports you circulate. The operational side gives you a signal backlog scored by risk, an event catalog with quality metrics and a detail drawer, and a segment validation workspace with a review Calendar and weekly rule coverage. The reporting side gives you feature adoption by segment, activation funnels, cohort retention, and experiment analysis.
Charts use shadcn Chart, tables use ReUI DataGrid with sparkline columns, and every filter is a working control rather than a decorative Select. You install the source, so metric names, periods, and thresholds are yours to change.

Reports That End in a Decision
The difference between a chart and a report is that a report tells you what to do next.
The A/B experiment block leads with a ship-decision verdict card, then backs it with a tabbed evidence grid filtered by period and segment, a rollout plan, and guardrail metrics. It is read-only on purpose, which is exactly what you want when the page is going to be pasted into a launch review.
The cohort retention report tracks 4W to 16W curves with period Tabs, puts written cohort health notes beside the curve, and sorts the underlying cohort grid by segment and event. The activation funnel pairs a stacked funnel chart with a segment mix pie and a risk-flagged cohort grid, so a bad week shows up as a flagged row rather than a dip you have to squint at.
Dashboards You Can Run Operations From
The product analytics dashboard tracks activation, retention, adoption, and backlog risk together, scoring each signal in a grid with sparklines, a health overview, reporting ranges, and export. The event explorer treats your event catalog as inventory to maintain: health metric cards, a dense table, bulk owner reassignment, and a detail drawer for one event's quality.
Two supporting screens keep the numbers honest. The segment validation workspace schedules reviews on a calendar and grades weekly rule coverage in a filterable grid, and the alert rules form configures thresholds, delivery channels, quiet hours, and escalation with validation and a save or discard bar.
What You Get Beyond the Chart
- Sparkline grid columns Trend rendered inside the table row using ReUI DataGrid, so a hundred metrics stay scannable without a hundred chart cards.
- Filters that drive the whole page Period, segment, and event filters are wired to the chart, the grid, and the export together, not just to whichever one was easiest.
- Single-metric drill-down A KPI detail page with a health-badge header, four-up KPI rail, trend chart against a target line, cohort breakdown, and a changes Timeline.
- Read-mostly report mode Several blocks deliberately expose filters and export but no mutating controls, so they are safe to share with stakeholders as-is.
