Refund Policy

How refunds work for ReUI purchases, including our 7-day refund window and how to request one.

Overview

ReUI is a product of KeenThemes Inc(“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). When you buy ReUI you purchase a license to the digital files we deliver, as set out in our License. This Refund Policy explains when you can ask for a refund and how we handle those requests. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record, and any approved refund is returned through Paddle to your original payment method.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days have passed, a purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. Because the Licensed Materials are digital products that are delivered to you immediately, we encourage you to evaluate ReUI before you buy: try our free components and examples, explore the live previews and demos, and read the documentation.

How Refunds Are Decided

A refund may be issued at Licensor’s sole discretion. If ReUI is not right for you, contact us within the window above and tell us what went wrong. We review every request in good faith and, where a refund is warranted, we will issue it promptly.

When a Refund May Be Declined

The 7-day window is meant to let you evaluate ReUI in good faith, not to obtain the Licensed Materials for free. To protect our work and our paying customers, we may decline a refund where, in our reasonable judgment, the request is an attempt to take advantage of this policy, including where:

  • You have downloaded, cloned, or copied a substantial portion of the Licensed Materials, or have already used them in a project.
  • Your license key has been shared, redistributed, or used beyond the seats your tier allows.
  • There is evidence the purchase was made mainly to extract the files and then reclaim the payment.
  • You have breached our License or our Terms & Conditions.
  • You have a pattern of repeated refund requests or prior refunds on earlier purchases.
  • You start a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first.

Where a refund would follow a termination for breach of the License, no refund is due. Declining a refund in these cases does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@reui.io from the address on your order, within 7 days of your purchase, and include your order or receipt number and a short note about the issue. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the date they are posted, and the version in effect when you buy is the one that governs that purchase.
