What does this icon show?
Two stacked horizontal arrows, the top pointing right and the bottom pointing left, for swap and transfer. Typical uses: swap source and target currencies in a converter, transfer items between two lists and switch the order of two compared values.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- The swap control between from and to fields laid out side by side, in a converter or translator
- Transfers between your own accounts on a banking or wallet transaction row
- A switch control that flips the app between 2 modes, like buying and selling
For repeat toggles in a music player or a recurring event form, use the Arrows Loop icon. For dragging to resize a column or a split pane sideways, use the Right Left icon. For flipping 2 fields stacked vertically in a form or a swap card, use the Arrow Up Down icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
