What does this icon show?
Single chevron pointing right, for next page controls, submenu indicators and forward navigation. Typical uses: next page in pagination, submenu indicator in a menu item and carousel next slide button.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- The trailing caret on a settings row or menu entry that opens a submenu or nested page
- Separators between levels of a breadcrumb trail, sized to the body copy around them
- The next page step in a numbered pagination bar, before the last page control
For a bold next control at the foot of a mobile onboarding screen, use the Chevron Right Outline icon. For paging controls drawn with their own frame in a card shelf or dashboard card header, use the Right Square icon. For the trailing glyph on a primary continue button in a checkout or signup flow, use the Arrow Right icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
What icons go well with it?
