What does this icon show?
Three rounded squares with a plus sign in the fourth slot, for adding widgets, panels or grid sections. Typical uses: add a widget to a dashboard, insert a new section in a page builder and add an app to a launcher.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- The add widget tile at the end of a customizable dashboard grid in edit mode
- Add section buttons in a landing page or email builder that open a library of prebuilt layouts
- An add apps entry in a workspace sidebar that opens the integrations directory
For a single toggle that flips a file browser between tiles and rows, use the Layout Equal icon. For a New project or New invoice button that creates a record, use the Plus icon. For a hover handle beside a paragraph that inserts a block below it, use the Plus Squared icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.

When was it added, and what was it called before?
It joined the ReUI icon library on June 30, 2026. It was previously named element-plus, and that install name still resolves to this icon.
