What does this icon show?
Arrow pointing left inside a rounded square, for back navigation, previous records and move left actions. Typical uses: back button in a toolbar, previous record in a detail view and move a card to the left column.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- The previous record control in a detail view header, stepping back through the list it was opened from
- A move to previous stage control on a kanban card, for keyboard and touch users who cannot drag
For undoing the last edit from a form or editor toolbar, use the Arrow Back icon. For scroll controls in the header of a horizontal card shelf, use the Left Square icon. For a page header control that returns to the parent list, use the Arrow Left icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
