What does this icon show?
Two overlapping chat bubbles with three dots on the front one, for group chats, threads and inboxes. Typical uses: inbox conversation list header, group chat panel tab and all threads overview link.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Chats entries in a messenger's sidebar or bottom tab bar that list every conversation, read or unread
- Group chat and channel lists, where several people talk in 1 shared thread
- Community forum sections that collect many discussion threads in 1 place
For the chat button in an app header while an unread dot is showing, use the Message Notify icon. For a 1 to 1 chat button on a person's profile card, use the Message Text icon. For the mail folder in an email client's sidebar where new emails land, use the Inbox icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
What icons go well with it?
