What does this icon show?
Document page with a folded corner and a down arrow inside, for downloading, exporting and saving files. Typical uses: download a report as a file, export table data to a document and save an attachment to the device.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Download as PDF, Word or Markdown entries in a document editor's file menu
- Sample CSV templates in an import wizard, saved before the user fills them in
- Statement pickers where a trailing button saves the chosen month as a single PDF
For sending a signed contract or resume from the device into the app, use the File Up icon. For saving a whole directory to the device as a zip, use the Folder Down icon. For the export trigger on a report or table toolbar that offers CSV or Excel, use the Exit Down icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
What icons go well with it?
