Pulse - TanStack Start Help Desk Template
A help desk on TanStack Start where every ticket carries an SLA clock: board, escalation queue, contacts, knowledge base, agent reports and team seats.
What is included
- Six columns, one board. Drag a ticket across New, Needs Reply, Escalated, Waiting Customer, SLA Risk and Resolved, or drag the columns themselves.
- Every card runs a clock. The SLA chip counts down, watch tints the card amber, and breach risk turns it red.
- Escalation queue on the dashboard. Search, SLA status pills, and an Export that downloads exactly the rows on screen.
- One switcher scopes the whole desk. Web App, Admin Console or Field App narrows every page, and the choice rides in the URL, so a filtered desk is a link you can send a colleague.
- Grids write before they toast. Add, edit, delete, assign an owner or change a role, and the rows change first.
- Eighteen articles, each with an address. A guide opens in a sheet the URL owns, so Back closes it and Copy link works.
- Seats, invites and roles. Eighty seats counted against the whole directory, and an invite that refuses an address already in it.
- Forms name the field. Submit scrolls to the first control it rejects and focuses it.
Who it is for
- Teams outgrowing a shared support inbox Queues, SLA states and an escalation path arrive drawn; you supply the data.
- Agencies standing up a desk per client Swap the fixture module in each feature folder and all eleven screens follow.
- Desks that answer for several products Scope runs through every page, so a second app is one row in one list.
