Cartoon ghost with one round eye, a smile and a wavy hem, for empty states, hidden items and Halloween themes. Typical uses: empty state illustration in a list, hidden or ghosted item marker and Halloween theme toggle.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Empty and not found screens, such as a quiet channel or a share link that was removed
- Deleted account stand-ins on old comments and commits, where the author no longer exists
- Appear offline and ghost mode settings that hide you on a friends map or a chat roster
For share and follow links for Snap's disappearing photo app, use the Snapchat icon. For hidden posts, pages or columns kept out of public view but not deleted, use the Eye Slash icon. For a default avatar for a member who has not added a photo yet, use the Profile Circle icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
