What does this icon show?
Thumbs down hand with a cuff on the right, for downvotes, negative feedback and dislike reactions. Typical uses: downvote button on a comment, negative rating in a feedback widget and dislike reaction in a post toolbar.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Bad response feedback under an AI assistant reply, often opening a short form that asks what went wrong
- Not helpful votes at the end of a help center article or under a review, beside the thumbs up
- Not for me ratings on a show, song or post that steer what the feed recommends next
For the lowest step of a 5 point face scale after a support chat, use the Emoji Frown icon. For reporting a post or comment to moderators as spam or abuse, use the Flag icon. For a rejected status on an expense or a request in an approval queue, use the Cross Circle icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
