Upward arrow with a solid triangular head on a straight shaft, for scroll to top, move up and increase. Typical uses: back to top floating button, move row up in a sortable list and positive change marker in a stat card.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Colored rise markers beside a figure in a KPI card or price ticker, where the solid head holds the green
- Move up buttons on a reorderable row at 12 to 16px, where a filled head still reads as a point
- Arrow sets that already use solid heads, such as the first and last page arrows that stop at a bar
For a scroll to top control among thin linework toolbar glyphs, use the Arrow Up icon. For a growth trend over a whole period on a revenue or traffic chart card, use the Arrow Up Refraction icon. For an ascending sort marker in a table column header, use the Arrow Up Wide Narrow icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
