What does this icon show?
Rounded rectangle switch with a square knob on the left, the off position, for disabled settings. Typical uses: disabled feature row in settings, inactive state in a preferences list and turn off control in a device panel.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Disable entries in a row's overflow menu for rules, webhooks and API keys that stay listed
- Audit log and activity feed rows recording that a setting was switched off, beside who did it and when
- Off status cells in admin tables, in products whose switch control has square corners
For an Enable menu entry, or a status cell for a feature that is live, use the Toggle On icon. For apps whose switch control is a pill with a round thumb, use the Toggle Off Circle icon. For a feature that stays unavailable until the plan is upgraded, use the Lock Circle icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
