First Aid Kit icon FAQ
What does this icon show?
Medical case with a top handle and a plus cross on the front, for first aid, emergencies and health services. Typical uses: emergency contacts panel, health services menu item and safety guide section header.
When should I use it instead of a similar icon?
Use it for:
- Medic tents and first responder points on a festival, campus or venue map
- Emergency kit checklists in a home, travel or workplace safety app, 1 row per supply
- Lessons on CPR and choking in a staff safety course or an onboarding handbook
For clinic cards and health insurance plans, where the medical cross alone is meant, use the Plus Outline icon. For injury reports for a single cut or scrape in a school or workplace app, use the Bandage icon. For emergency call lines on a clinic or insurer contact page, use the Phone 24 Hours icon.
Which styles does it come in?
4 styles: Outline, Solid, Duotone and Filled. Every style is drawn on the same 24 by 24 grid and installs as its own file, so you can switch styles without touching the layout.
How do I install it with the shadcn CLI?
Copy the install command from the panel above, in the style you want, and run it in your project. The shadcn CLI adds the icon as a React component that you import and render like any other. It draws in the current text color, so your text color and size classes style it. Icon installs need a ReUI Ultimate license.
What icons go well with it?
When was it added?
It joined the ReUI icon library on August 6, 2026.
