## Best for

Teammates grouped by squad with avatar row labels and shaded weekends, where added assignments stack into extra lanes

## Agent notes

- `resourceMeta` maps each row id to initials and a `randomuser.me` photo, since `GanttResource` takes no custom fields
- `addAssignment` is a demo stub that cycles `PEOPLE` and `TASK_POOL`; swap in your own booking flow
