## Agent notes

- Replace the Larkspur world in data.ts: `ORDERS` (built by `makeOrder` from `PRICE_BOOK`), `EVENTS`, `TASKS`, `PRIOR_PERIOD`; `REFERENCE_DATE` freezes today
- `OperatorHome` keeps orders and tasks in local state; wire `onOrderChange` (new orders included) and `onTaskChange` from `OperatorHomeProps` to persist them
- Export builds the CSV in the browser from the filtered orders through `ordersToCsv`; swap it for a server export if the list is paged remotely
