## Best for

A pair of panels with a 40 tick semicircle gauge drawn in raw SVG, an avatar stack with an audience count and a Details button

## Agent notes

- Replace `arcMetrics` in data.tsx; `activeSegments` is set by hand, not derived from `value`, so compute it from your percentage
- `audience` is a fixed string such as 6 reviewers while `members` lists 4 people, so derive the count from your own list
- The Details `Button` in `MetricPanel` has no handler; link it to the metric's detail view

## When not to use
