# Fund Distribution block

> Capital Inflows fund breakdown card with segmented distribution bar and range filter

Fund inflow card: compact total with success trend Badge, a segmented distribution bar of each fund's share, and a logo, name, capital-in list. Top 3 to All filter via Select. ReUI Frame, Badge, shadcn Select. For treasury dashboards.

- Type: Pro block
- Category: [Bar Chart](https://reui.io/blocks/chart/bar-chart.md)
- Page: https://reui.io/blocks/chart/bar-chart/chart-9
- MCP: `get_block("chart-9")`
- Built with: Badge, Frame, Select, Separator
- Installs with a ReUI Pro or Ultimate license; setup: https://reui.io/docs/license-setup

## Best for

A fund share bar of rounded pills sized by each fund's share, over a logo list that a Top 3, Top 5 or All Select trims and retotals

## Agent notes

- Replace `fundInflows` in data.tsx; `fundsForRange` slices it in array order, so keep it sorted by `value` from largest down
- The Badge beside the total prints the hand typed `delta` from `rangeOptions`, not a change computed from your funds
- Each fund needs a Tailwind fill class in `segmentClassName` and a brand SVG in `logo`; the sample logos do not match the fund names

## When not to use

- Fund shares drawn as a ring, with each percent printed beside its amount: use [Inflows by Source](https://reui.io/blocks/chart/pie-chart/chart-13.md) (`get_block("chart-13")`)
- Lead counts split into new and returning, with a conversion rate: use [Leads Overview](https://reui.io/blocks/application/stats/stats-4.md) (`get_block("stats-4")`)

## Install

```bash
npx shadcn@latest add @reui/chart-9
```

## About Bar Chart blocks

### When to use

- Values compared across hours, days or categories as grouped, stacked or hatched columns
- Run durations or event volumes against a timeout or limit line, with outcome toggles
- Segmented meters that split a capacity, a fund or a heart rate zone into colored slices

### When not to use

- A share of a whole where the slices read better around a ring: use the [Pie Chart blocks](https://reui.io/blocks/chart/pie-chart.md)
- A progress reading shown as an arc gauge with a status label: use the [Radial Chart blocks](https://reui.io/blocks/chart/radial-chart.md)
- Rows of jobs or deploys, each with its own run history strip: use the [Status Tracker blocks](https://reui.io/blocks/chart/status-tracker.md)

### Agent notes

- `Chart` renders with no props, so every bar, meter value and limit comes from constants kept in the block folder

Every ReUI item has a twin like this one; the index is https://reui.io/llms.txt. Agents with the ReUI MCP (https://reui.io/docs/mcp) get the same guidance from the getters named above.
