## Agent notes

- Replace `SLOS` in data.ts; `generateSeries` seeds every record's `days` from its `id`, so each stem is synthetic until you pass real counts
- The Deploys Frozen `Badge` appears once the budget is spent but freezes nothing; wire it to your deploy gate
- `triageOrder` lists exhausted SLOs first and `sloId` opens on the worst one; seed it from your route to open another
