## Agent notes

- Replace `ORDERS`, `CHECKS` and `MORE_ITEMS` in data.tsx; the count line reads a fixed `QUEUE_TOTAL`, and no row pick changes the skeleton `WorkspaceContent`
- `composeReply` matches keywords to canned `REPLY_LIBRARY` answers and Escalate only appends `handoffOpenedText`; wire both to your model and case queue
- Upload New, New 3WIM and the `CheckMenu` items only fire a sonner `toast`; rail Help and Settings and the `UserMenu` rows besides Theme have no handler
