## Best for

A dark card in both themes whose title swaps for a scope filter, a plus tile pinning more views and Quick Add and System menus

## Agent notes

- `VIEW_TILES` and `PINNABLE_TILES` are sample views, and a pin only appends to the local `tiles` state; persist pins per user
- Every `QUICK_ADD` and `SYSTEM` item and the rail `ConnectButton` only show a sonner toast; wire them to real actions
- `SCOPE_TREE` holds the sample fleet scopes, and the tree's `onAdd` only appends a local draft row with a toast
