## Agent notes

- `PageBody` is `Skeleton` placeholder rows; put your page inside `SidebarInset` and keep `SidebarProvider` wrapping it and `ChatPanel`
- Replace `THREADS`, `SOURCES`, `SUGGESTIONS` and `REPLY_LIBRARY` in data.ts; Attach offers only the 2 `SOURCES` documents, not a file picker
- `send` hands `draftReply` the prompt and quote only, so `modelId` and `modeId` never shape the canned reply

- Every reply is canned content from the block's data file, played back on `setTimeout` and `setInterval` timers; stream your model's output there instead
